In a small unassuming house in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Crush serves one of the area’s most inventive culinary experiences in a warm inviting setting.  The offerings vary with the seasons, but when indecision strikes the chef’s tasting menu is an excellent way to go.  The “Bacon & Eggs” is an absolute must.   It is out of this world and unlike any other bacon and egg combination I have ever tasted, and as with all the dishes, presentation is superb.  In fact, I could have sworn I recognized a Miró painting in one of the platings … Apologies for the picture quality {lighting challenges}, but you get the idea.
